Igor Paromtchik is expert in control engineering and management professional. He has accomplished numerous advanced projects at RIKEN in Japan and INRIA Rhône-Alpes in France, where he has contributed to the programmes La Route Automatisée and Praxitèle. His recent developments are: laser guidance of mobile robots, and driver assistance for automatic parking.

Igor Paromtchik holds an MBA degree from the University of Chicago, a PhD degree in system analysis and automatic control, and an MS degree in radio-physics and electronics from the Belarusian State University. He is profiled in Who's Who in the World since 2001, Who's Who in Science and Engineering since 2006, and Who's Who in Asia since 2007.
